I have created a beautiful space in my home where you can come and let go of the world for a while and fully emerse your self in the love and relaxation of our inner worlds, i use aromatherapy, sound and crystals in the healing so all parts of yourself can heal in a safe and sacred space. Lulila's Sacred Chakra dance and Yoga
Dance and Yoga are wonderful ways of releasing old patterns and beliefs in the body once released you can unify all of your different bodies, The physical, Mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is also the best tool i know for embodying the divine light of your own soul into the physical body.
