I was first introduced to meditation 12 years ago when a boyfriend at the time took me to meet a Japanese man called Buddah Matreya. He is still around now in the Nottingham Area and you can find him on the internet. Every thing he said i felt as if i already knew inside me which i now know to be to resonate. We had a beautiful meditation and relaxation session he made beautiful food and we spent some time in his garden which he had tuned into a beautiful japanesse garden. I

spent quite some time practicing his way and noticed how everything im my life began to flow more at work in the sandwich shop i would flow with ease and grace. I still didnt quite get the concept of the now the present and i would ask but what is it and my boyfriend would say this is it, but i still did not understand. After this i went travelling around the world and did my first 10 day vipassana meditation course this was very intense as im sure you know. Complete silence and constant meditation focusing on the subtle sensations of the body. I really got it at this retreat in New-Zeland. I understood the now and realised that thoughts come and go and dont have to affect you if you dont identify with them. I have attended many 10 day silent meditation retreats since then and each one has been so powerful and really cut though a lot, but usually the pure clarity you have after a retreat will fade and the mind becomes clogged up again. If you are disiplined and keep up your meditation every day the clarity will continue.

At this time now the vales have lifted and it is much easier to keep ourselves clear and true. The knowledge that we are divine beings is really merging into our reality at this time. We are Gods and Goddesses walking upon the earth and it is time to claim our divinity.
